“Quality company, start to finish. I called when I saw a few insects I thought were ants. Recently purchased new home in a wooded area, still adjusting to the insects 🥴. Called on a Friday around 4pm, the woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and had a hunch they may be termites. Even though it was an hour before close on Friday, Keith called me within minutes. Very knowledgeable man, I learned a lot about colonies and the baiting process. He was out to inspect on Monday and we had contract signed in a few days. Worth mentioning I did have another company come out, price was not much less and they used harsh chemicals which I did not want around the kids. Although this was an obviously unwanted cost, it seemed like a reasonable price and was necessary. Also- less hassle in the future as they can now just come out and fill the bait traps yearly for a fraction of initial cost, saving money in the long run. John came out to install on the traps on Thursday, so less than a week we had this taken care of. John was also very professional and swift. I thank everyone who came out for answering my toddlers 100 questions and being respectful of her and our home. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly company who is all about taking care of business, DeBug did not disappoint.”
