“Unfortunately, the service was not good. They came once (in May) and never once returned a phone call and we still have a problem. We’ve called multiple times trying to reach someone and left messages and nobody retuned a phone call. WASTE OF MONEY. In the end, we’re having to take care of this ourselves. The amount paid for what we got and no phone called returned at all, it wasn’t worth it. THANKFULLY, what we found to treat the home actually works (picture below)! And it doesn’t cost nearly as much and we don’t have to deal with the frustration of not even getting a phone call back after reaching out multiple times. Yes, this could have probably been resolved with a phone call. But alas, radio silence 🙄”
