“Poor customer service. They send text messages that you can’t respond to. They needed to service my termite bait stations but my backyard has been really overgrown so they have been unable to service them. I was not aware that my contract would be terminated if they were unable to service all of the bait stations (the front yard is completely accessible). Received notification via text (that I can’t respond to) stating my contract is no longer valid and that they will be picking up the bait stations during a 5 DAY window. Not sure how I’m supposed to coordinate a time and date with this company because it’s not possible to respond to their text messages and I have very little time to call them during business hours. It seems that they just can’t be bothered with making a phone call or using a text system that one can reply to. I really would have preferred better communication and information than via a text message. Had I known they were going to terminate my contract I might have been able to prioritize or figure something out. I think it’s unprofessional, and the message in my opinion, was rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.”
