“My technician was honest and on time. Old house with loose siding and he told me honestly it’s beyond what they can do. He didn’t try to sell me things I don’t need and won’t work. He was polite and professional. Side note all the laws that have passed in CA around not being able to kill rodents have made it very hard to actually get rid of them. Keep that in mind when hiring services to help.”

“Customer service used to be good. Not anymore. A new office employee Monica doesn’t know how to be a receptionist. She put me on hold at every opportunity for every single task. Address? Hold for 5 minutes. You want to pay? Hold for 10 minutes. She took my card information down did nothing with it just held onto it and proceeded to try to schedule me a service appointment. She had no idea about the services they provide, my account right in front of her, etc. She seemed confused as to why I need service. I have a contract for routine service every 2 months. She didn’t seem to understand. I had to interrupt her to follow up on the payment. She said “oh you want me to stop scheduling and do that” and immediately placed me on hold forever. She didn’t tell me my balance, confirm or ask permission for payment, she simply put me on hold and told me after the fact she charged my card and how much. She could not spell, she could not speak professionally, she said she did not know when or what tech goes to my area. She asked me about Monday the 1st and the 1st is a Tuesday. She put me on hold 4 times a 20 minute call to simply make a payment and have my next service. She seemed very confused and disoriented at every turn. I had to guide her the entire call. I don’t trust her with my business.”
