“They talk a good service, but don't deliver. On the first visit, the technician refused to treat one area, with piping into bath tub. Of course, cockroaches continued to infiltrate bathroom and adjoining rooms. Refused to come back and provide proper service. Switched to J&J and am thrilled I did so. They deliver! THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO DIAL ONE: I do not have a termite treatment warranty. and explained that repeatedly to the technician. Next company treated that area, and difference was incredible.”
