“Do not use this company. They are awful. We have had to constantly bug them to get them to come out. Twice they have been to our home where all they did was set out wooden mouse traps. Something we do daily on our own. They charge $10 a piece for these too! Plus glue traps which caught my dog and my kids. They are famous for scheduling appointments without talking to you! They have done this three times to us now! I was home! Yet they left a tag on my door saying I needed to call to reschedule. We have spoken to management and still nothing. They do not care. They feed you big promises of using this special technology to find where they are getting in but then no one calls or messages you with any updates for months at a time! This does not help the ever growing population at all. Save your money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“Our first encounter went moderately well, though we were told by the tech there wasn't much they could do about certain things and that the information we were given over the phone was incorrect. The second encounter since the first did not solve the issue, was horrible. When we requested to cancel the service we were told it would be canceled, but we have continued to be charged by them for a service they are not providing. Their SMART system wasn't even installed in our house. The tech installed it on a window ledge on the porch that leads to the deck.”
