“We have been your customer for more than 30 years and over those years the work has always been done right but not always with true professionalism (years ago one of your men asked for a tip, somewhat of a surprise, Odd ball situations like that)! But for several years now Frank Brown has been our rep and he is a professional!! Calls ahead of time, answers all questions, makes sure we have no problems and if so, has always taken care of them. Making sure everything, around the house, under the house and in the garage etc. is done correctly. I hope all of your men are as dedicated as Frank, if not maybe Frank should be promoted to teach what it takes to make your customers have that feeling that all is good (in the bug and rodent world) with their houses!!! “Called them out for mice in Jan/Feb of 2023, guy came back and said he patched up a hole in the kitchen they came thru and set up some traps. Did suggest closing the crawl space vents or replacing them cause thats how they were coming in the house. We couldn't afford it but figured even if they got in the crawl space, if we patched up this hole we should be all right for at least a year. , in the late summer/fall ended up having 2 more mice occurances after a vent fell out, and somehow they made it past the "patched up hole". Husband checked and said he couldn't tell where he patched it up, also had some mesh wiring he put behind the baseboard that kept falling down. I also asked if they would provide a santitation service (cleaning up the poop underneath the cabinet) and he just said (just get down there with a shop vac, spray some lysol down before hand). Now standing in that corner in the kitchen we can feel the cold air BLOWING into the house from the hole and still concerns me about the poop but we dont have the tools to do so.”
