“I cancelled them after about a year of their service and weeks after I cancelled them they came and did a service. I wasn’t home so I had no idea until I received the bill. I called and told the lady who worked there and she advised not to worry about the bill… she saw I had cancelled and it was their mistake. I continued to get the bill every single month… and I had to call them every single month and everytime the lady said don’t worry I have it updated.. you don’t owe it. Then 6 months later they send me to collections. I have never been sent to collections in my life! What a joke of a company…They can’t even keep their records straight! Do NOT use this company!!!!”
