They quickly scheduled me for bee removal service and their technician, David, showed up on time and professionally assessed the ‘exterior home invasion’ by a swarm of yellow jackets. David explained his plan, donned protective equipment, and provided a thorough mitigation spray & sealed a hive entrance hole in my roof trim. He also assured me that if the bees were still present in 3 days, he would come back and address the issue as warranty work. Hopefully this will be a one and done visit!”

“Reply to owner’s reply. Update 10/13/25: It’s extremely disappointing that your technician stepped and sprayed all over my freshly re-sealed driveway—the very next day after I specifically told your team not to. That alone says a lot about the company’s ethics and accountability. To clarify once again: I never claimed that your technician drove on my driveway, so whoever made that statement is misrepresenting my words. There’s clear video evidence showing your technician walking and spraying across the newly re-sealed area, which was clearly marked off. That should have been enough proof on its own. Ethical companies take ownership of their mistakes, but your response and lack of accountability show the opposite. Offering a single free service for the damage caused was not just inadequate—it was insulting. It’s unfortunate this is how our relationship ended. I was a loyal, on-time customer who genuinely wanted to continue service, but your company’s refusal to take responsibility made that impossible. I’m sharing this experience so others know how you handle your customers when something goes wrong. A truly ethical company would have done the right thing. It was a bitter sweet ending to a great relationship. I wanted to stay loyal but they did me wrong. It was clearly their fault and they did not own up to it. Sad. Very sad. So be careful going with this company. I just had a re-seal of my driveway and pest control appointment was the day after. I told them to re-schedule my appointment or avoid the driveway. They said it will not be a problem and that they will notify the tech. Well, tech walked on my driveway, sprayed chemicals on it and now my driveway re-seal is compromised. The driveway was clearly marked off so common sense would say to avoid the driveway. I asked for a resolution where long story short, was told they were not responsible for it. I cancelled my service ASAP after that disappointing news that they did not want to be accountable for, and it was clearly their fault. Even have video evidence of it. Again, sad, and I guess they’d rather lose a loyal customer that has never been late on payments then try to help me out even offer some complimentary service or something. Again, sad, and I don’t care if they reply to this message, they know they were wrong for this, I don’t care what they reply with. At least you know how they treat their customers.”
