“They let rat POISON in our yard!! Dejaron Veneno para ratas en el patio!! I would stay way. Well, this was our go to pest control and we were satisfied. We have contracts for termites and for mice at the house, and have use them countless times for other issues. Last mice check they came and their technician did not make sure they threw away the POISON and out brand new puppy ate some (we also have a 5 yo). This is beyond common sense your technician has to dispose Poison. We rushed our puppy to the hospital and the bill was around $600. This was as bad that a lawsuit was in place. My puppy or my SON could have die. But instead we told them to just pay the vet bill. We were really upset but decided to continue business with them since we already know them. We call them as usual to another issue with mice and they decided not to do it… as if i was our fault anything happen. We are not the ones to blame here. BIG RED FLAG it seems like they are afraid that something will happen again? If they take the necessary precautions there will be no issue.”
