“Honestly, since the time we moved in, we have had nothing but good service with this company. Until July of 2023. I work from home so I can see everything that goes on in and out of the property. A service person came and didn't service our property. He arrived and then 5 minutes later, this technician was gone. I've never had an experience like that with this company. Maybe it was a new technician but it was disappointing to say the least. Keep an eye on the technicians, to confirm that they do the work that they are billing for. Was happy customer - until that happened in July 2023.”

“Very rude and has no respect for working single mothers. Man came to my door trying to sell his services but at any point that I didn’t agree with him he would get defensive and raise his voice. I had just woken up and listened to his pitch. After I communicated I was a night shift nurse and that I would be interested in his services, but we could discuss it tomorrow because I worked tonight, he would get defensive. Not a great face for the business.”

“Terrible, terrible, terrible service. I called to try to get someone out here, I called twice--the first time no answer (fine) and the second time my mom called (in broken English) to say that I was trying to reach them but haven't heard back (TRUE) then a rude, imprudent lady told her to that she was giving her an attitude and didn't even see her call. Well, she wasn't giving an attitude (she just didn't know how to properly say it because of her broken English) and she couldn't even get to explain what she was trying to say because this lady kept talking over her and cutting her off saying she doesn't even have an account with ProTerra... BUT she does, just on a different number. I grabbed the phone from my mom and explained what my mom was TRYING to communicate and not in a bad way--just trying to provide some urgency--and that she wasn't giving her attitude. This lady then proceeded to argue with me about the fact that she was giving her attitude... Looking for my number to see how many times I called today (once) and then said it in an attitude "you called once." "I see it here, you called one time." I honestly was not looking to get into an argument about who was right, who was wrong, what number, how many times, etc. I just wanted to book a service, and all I got was some lady who clearly needs customer service training. I got horrible service and I didn't even book anything with them. And that sucks because I actually really wanted to with this company. Good luck to anyone who calls and has this woman answer. In fact, she loves arguing and proving a point so much that she will most likely respond here trying to bash on me for saying the truth. Unfortunate.”
