“Great experience with Dr. Termites. We had an initial inspection on Monday set up and Anthony arrived on time. Upon access to certain areas, Anthony inquired if it was OK to probe with a tool that could possibly expose termites, but also needed to disclose that it could possibly affect the wood integrity. I found that honest and respectful. We determined that there was several issues with dry wood termites, wood rot and fungus, and subterranean termites. After careful consideration of ALL options, and having a previous inspection done from another company, we made our decision to move forward with treatments from Dr. termites. We set up an appointment that day that worked with us a few days later. Anthony sent to gentleman who showed up on time, explained the scope of the work that would be done and how much time it will take to complete. They were quick, efficient, and respectful of our space. When they were done, we walked through the property and went over all of the areas and that was it! Quick and easy. And now have a three-year warranty set up for them to come out annually once a year look at all of the places they treated and retreat anything if it shows up. Or anything new all inclusive to the warranty. And if anything shows up in the interim before the year annual inspection, they will also come out and treat that as well!
