“Got a notification to renew termite warranty called l, paid and set up an inspection. I cleared my morning and was home for the inspection and no one showed up. I called and was told I was not on the calendar and was only offered to reschedule. The employee had zero regard for my inconvenience and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule or cancel and very much had the attitude of " it wasn't me who scheduled and not my problem" Completely disappointed with the customer service.”
