“We have been using Eco Pest services for the past 4 years on regular exterior and interior spraying. Noticed with the snow melting we noticed we have a massive issue now with voles and they destroyed our beautiful lawn. Right away I called our service rep. Mark and he helped get me on the right plan to hopefully get this addressed. I can’t tell you how amazing this company is. They truly care about their customers. Today I had Gabriel come out and walk the perimeter with me and he set up the plan to start the process to hopefully get rid of them. Now I know this is not gonna be an easy process and it will take time, but my hope is that it will be under control and we will not experience the lawn damage that we currently have going forward. He was beyond professional and listened to all my questions and concerns. He walked me through the steps and told me what the right action would be right now considering we do still have snow on the ground and told me what could be done in the future if it continues come spring. Unfortunately, we live in a HOA community and have retention ponds behind us which as more difficultly to this process. Hopefully in time we will see a big improvement.”
