“I've had an issue with wasps every year as soon as the warm weather days start. This is in an area of my property I rent out and has caused concern because every day there would be at least 10 wasps inside two areas. I've had companies out before but couldn't help because the wasps were active around the eaves of my second floor roof. Hard to get to. “We were hearing noises in our attic and called Ecola to assess the situation. We were able to easily schedule an inspection. Miguel came out and quickly identified a rodent problem and the potential points of entry to the attic and crawl space. He came back and sealed the compromised areas and placed traps which were checked over several weeks. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with, and always called ahead to let us know he was on his way. We asked for photos and he gladly obliged, and answered any questions we had. My only complaint is that the quote did not list the actual work to be done. I was told they work off a diagram that they do not typically share with the customer. I asked to be shown each spot that would be sealed and confirmed that it was done at the end.”
