“Ortiz called me off of an inquiry I put on home advisor. I had a terrible smell and I knew it was a dead rodent. My handyman tried desperately to find the source of the smell and ended up caulking some areas. Which helped a little, but not enough. I called my current pest control company who told me it was unlikely they would be able to find it and I should just wait till the rodent decays. Tito and Jennifer came out today, due to Elizabeth (scheduler) persistence and coordination skills. Jennifer crawled under my house until she found it and dragged it out. It was an opossum. Great work guys! And thank you! There is no telling how long I would have had to deal with that smell until it decayed. I will def call them again and refer them to anyone in need. Awesome!”
