“Having a hard time justifying paying $159 a quarter when they come out and only perform like 10 minutes worth of work. Is it standard to finish a house this quickly? I was told after two uses that I should be rid of pests. I’ve got mice in my basement that I’ve never seen before, so not sure if this service was supposed to prevent them. It wasn’t just my most recent experience that I felt was poor quality but every time that people have been here it felt so short. I don’t have a massive house but it is a decent sized house and I just don’t believe quality work can be done that quickly. I can’t wait for my year of service to be over and I don’t plan on reusing the service again. Seems better to just do this myself and save myself hundreds of dollars. Cant believe I was conned into paying this much for this. I’m also having someone come out for the mice inspection and I was told that visit would be free but then I’d have to pay for getting rid of them. Doesn’t the pamphlet I received that mice and rats are included in the coverage?”
