“We asked to cancel our services after they sold us on a service that made no change to the pest control - 1 year of service. Agreed to cancel upon our request. 3 months later they show up and sprayed “repellent” without our consent and sent us a bill. We called and stated that we cancelled, which Connor Joseph confirmed and issued us a refund with email confirmation. 3 months later they showed up again to do the same, this time in December - which all the person did was brush the snow away with what looked to be a broom/mop like device. We received a bill promptly afterwards. We called and again stated we cancelled which Again Connor emailed apologizing for the issue… however this time they denied the refund stating there was no confirmation of the cancellation. Even after providing proof (emails). The small ants inside the garage - there was no improvement at all. After some research I purchased the Spectracide Ant Shield for under $20, and made a huge difference. Do not fall for their scheme and pay $189 for a 15min walk around dusting off the doors and under awnings.”
