“I had mice. Many families. They were in my pantry jumping from the door rack to the shelves. The creature's cost me so much money in food before I realized I had an infestation. Lucky for me I noticed pointe pest control at my neighbors and called the two technicians to come to my home after they finished. They were amazing. They spent time with me answering many concerns as I have two canines. They had another call two streets over but came back after that appointment. They found two holes in the sump room in the basement and put a metal screen across the areas so they couldn’t call their cousins and tell them “hey we got a good thing going. Come on over”!! They placed many bait traps in the house and the garage. They also gave me “sticky sheets” to use until they came back in two weeks for a follow-up, and we did catch several with those. It was comforting to know they had my back and I would soon b free of the critters. It didn’t happen over night but I think they have moved on. I don’t see them romping in my kitchen anymore as I watch television in the evening and no more little presents “dropping” every where. So unnerving!! The staff is great and very professional. If u have any type of critter issues “THIS COMPANY ROCKS”!!!”
