“The service response was great and the tech Joe was excellent and very knowledgeable. The pricing is high for a one time service. $299 is a LOT but I needed the service done for a real estate inspection. It's done and I paid it and they do say that they will come out for free if the wasps return within 30 days.”

“Unfortunately had a good start, but now we signed a year long contract, and were told we shouldn't have much smell, but unfortunately our house smells AWFUL. We called and they can't come for another 4 days. Seem like a long time for someone locked into a contract... We don't have a lot of faith they've found all the mouse problems as we keep finding dead mice inside and outside our home. Hopefully they can resolve sooner than four days from now and I'll adjust my review. Not an acceptable way to treat someone just starting a program for a long contract together.”
