“This company is a scam. They sell you on a contract for pest control and then try and charge you extra for…. Wait for it… pest control. We found that we have some rodents in our attic and they told me they could set some traps on the main floor of the house (where we have no rodents or pests) but they cannot set them in the attic as that would be an extra charge. They mentioned that some of our insulation is damaged due to the rodents, so I got a quote for new spray in insulation from a company that I have used in the past - $1,800. EcoShield gave me a quote of $7,600 for the same work! Are you kidding me? If this is happening to me, then this is happening to other people as well. That’s price gouging at its worst, and a scam, at best. Needless to say, we have cancelled our contract with this incredibly dishonest company.”
