“Based on our experience with Eco Shield, we would rate the company with one star. Despite repeated complaints about an ant infestation at our new construction site, the company failed to adequately treat the area, resulting in a persistent problem. After terminating our service with Eco Shield, we were subjected to continued harassment to pay for cancelling our contract, even though we communicated our dissatisfaction with the company's performance on multiple occasions. Furthermore, Eco Shield has shown a lack of responsibility for the actions of their employees and has attempted to collect unreasonable fees from us. The attached picture is just one example of the many instances where our home was overrun by ants due to their neglect. We strongly advise against using Eco Shield.”
