“Update: In response to owner's post that I've got the wrong company--Do you have a Scott O. working for you? I have his business card with your company's name on it. He's the one who sent John. Called for bird nest in vent. Told them if there were baby birds, to wait until nest was vacated. Tech (John) came out and put a metal screen over vent with living baby birds still in vent. Mama bird was frantically trying to get back in to feed her babies. Called John and he was very arrogant and basically told me I had no idea how to manage wildlife and my house would be full of germs and feather dust from birds. Had to call another company to remove vent until babies left nest. Very inhumane.”
