“06-01-2022 Update: Sadly I can no longer recommend HomeShield. They were bought out by Wayne's and customer service went out the window. I had a hold on our service as we were dealing with family issues that caused us to be out of town quite frequently. When I called to resume (after Wayne's had completed the takeover), I was informed that I had been canceled and would have to resume service at the new prices. Which were double what I was previously paying. I said no thank you and moved on. We’ve had the pleasure of using HomeShield for many years now. They are the only pest control service that we have used since we moved here 13 years ago. We have always been very pleased with their service.”
