“THE GOOD - technicians are thorough, careful and will informed MORE GOOD - the staff who answers the phones are very nice and helpful THE BAD- Communication from the company is terrible! They do not return calls or respond to email messages. They schedule treatments without confirming with the homeowner. If you purchase a treatment plan you will get recorded messages telling you the technician will arrive the next day some time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. If that is not convenient you can call and leave them a message - but they won't call you back. They just arbitrarily reschedule for another day and repeat the process. They expect that homeowners can lock their pets indoors for 10 hours - which is just plain unreasonable.”
