“Terrible company! Avoid at all costs. Paul is a master of excuses -- promises the world, then delivers very little if at all. The only time they actually showed up anywhere close to on time was the first visit -- after that, nothing but headaches. The last time, they cancelled on us THREE times, with Paul giving excuse after excuse ("too hot" -- on a day that was 81 degrees at the time the tech was supposed to show up" -- "too rainy" on a day that had no rain, then "tech on vacation" on the third and final time when he absolutely promised the tech would be here.) When I told him I wanted to cancel due to the repeated no-shows, he told me that his company does not reverse credit card charges but would instead mail me a refund check within two weeks. Well, here it is three weeks later, and guess what? No check. Thoroughly disreputable! As I said, avoid at all costs. There are much better mosquito spraying companies out there. They all pretty much use the same chemicals, but some of them actually show up when they say they will.”
