“Let me start by saying I never leave reviews but feel the need to warn the general public about this company. What an awful experience it has been dealing with Mr. Mosquito. We have had issues since the beginning of our contract with them not showing up within the window of days on our contract or showing up at all. Most recently when I asked to speak with a manager, a technician called and told me he had been at my house, which I knew was a lie, as we did not receive a stick in the lawn, receipt and he did not show up on our nest, all of which he made an excuse for. When I spoke to one of the owners named Paul, he could not have been more rude and condescending, a tone he did not take with my husband when he then took over future phone calls. After days of back and forth, he finally confirmed the technician submitted the receipt ticket on their end but the GPS in the trucks confirmed he in fact did not show up at our house. I am sure this was not the first time that has happened. We have received many poor excuses and false promises of things going to be made right. I have been waiting for the owner Paul to call me back for weeks now. I have left messages and have not heard back. The company is very poorly and unprofessionally run. It is a big expense and I am so disappointed with the service and customer service. Due to the lack of timeliness, our yard has no relief from mosquitos. With so many companies to choose from, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!”
