“Contacted this company in mid September about bats in my attic. Justin was very responsive and sent Ashton(who is great) out right away. They gave estimate and I asked them to proceed with the job. They did a bat watch and installed a one way door... They were paid in full for the job. The last time they came to check attic was Oct 13, they were to return in 2 weeks, I haven't been able to get any response since that time. Numerous phone calls and text messages to Justin with no results. They all were great in the beginning...Ashton is absolutely great, he knows his job and is very professional. I am now going to have to get another company to finish the job that Justin collected the money to do. Buyer beware!”
