The last time I had concern (4/10/24) they followed up verbally, but never followed up with promised corrective action. Unsure what happened with company, but I can no longer recommended this service.”

“They gave a great sales pitch but completely failed to deliver. They did an initial service with no follow-up as they had promised, and when I contacted them 3 months later explaining to them that I had a vole infestation that they hadn't resolved as promised - they sent someone out a week later who was completely untrained in the necessary knowledge. Again they promised a follow up for a week later, another no-show, and when I called they said they would send someone out next month. Unbelievably bad service.”
