“We used this company for treatment for bedbugs. The owner explained the treatment and how he felt like it was the best treatment out there. At first I was impressed because he made time to come the very next day. The price seemed high, but he told me his work was guaranteed. He came out and did the treatment in an hour and a half. A week later I hired a certified inspector to come through. The inspector found many bedbugs in the bedroom, and in the bed itself. After calling two more companies they told me the heat treatment needs to be done for a longer period of time in each room in order for it to be effective. When I requested my money be returned, The owner refused. He also became upset when I called him a few days later asking for the full report of what he did. The owner was unprofessional, discourteous, and did not get the job done.”
