“Nobody wants to deal with disgusting bugs. I called Environmental pest control. The office got me set up with a yearly agreement. The process of signing up was a little painful. I could tell the representative was winging it and just wanted me to move forward with a yearly agreement. The representative got me signed up and she expedited my appointment. I was hopeful the field technician would explain to me how the existing problem would be resolved and stay resolved. My initial meeting and treatment was completed by Tom. Tom's first matter of business was listening to my concerns about the bugs and chemical. Tom answered all of my questions. Some I asked twice. He reassured me countless times. Tom reminded me the breath and peace of mind will be restored shortly. He explained "it's a bugs world we are just renting space". That in itself is a brilliant statement. The bugs don't pay the mortgage so they got to go. By nature I don't leave reviews. Short version is I purchased a expensive item based on reviews and the item was awful. So I take reviews with a grain of salt. Environmental pest really impressed me. Tom mentioned the other services the company provides. Knowing I was overwhelmed he didn't push anything other than restoring peace of mind. I write this review for two reasons. First I believe I found a good company. Second I believe Environmental pest found a great knowledgeable employee with amazing customer service skills. This review is three weeks after my first treatment and I am overjoyed to share the treatment is working as explained. I look forward to future treatments by Tom. “Brandon performed a great service for us. He was thorough, and professional. He sprayed the entire interior of the townhouse making sure that he didn’t miss one spot.
