“Yes NEO!! I had hired this pest control service to take care of a pest problem in my home, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and here's why. First of all, the pest control technician who came to my home was extremely unprofessional and rude. He showed up late, didn't apologize for the delay, and immediately started complaining about the job he had to do. He made several disparaging comments about the state of my home, which I found to be both unnecessary and offensive. To make matters worse, the treatment that the technician performed did not seem to be effective at all. I continued to see pests in my home even after the treatment was supposedly complete. When I tried to contact the service to discuss the issue and request a follow-up treatment, I was met with more rudeness and unhelpfulness. It was clear that they were not interested in providing quality service or addressing my concerns. Overall, I found this pest control service to be a complete waste of time and money. The unprofessionalism and lack of effectiveness were extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and effective pest control service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.”

“Top Notch Service. Nothing less than perfect. I have been using their service for 5 years now and not disappointed once. Today, a rodent entered my house and I called them up. They got someone here and found and got rid of it. It was like a nightmare knowing the rodent was inside the house but I am so happy to have their service. They were prompt and professional and took care of the issue. So happy to have their service. In general too, they are very accommodating and always available to serve our needs.
