“The apartment I live at hires these lazybones for their services, and they're never here when they say they're supposed to be. for about 3 years, I've only ever seen them enter the apartment and spray 3 times. A few months ago, They were supposed to fumigate my former neighbor's unit, and then mine. They didn't fumigate, but instead did their regular spraying around the kitchen in my unit. I Should also mention that, because of them fumigating and not giving clear direction for what to do before, I fear I might've torn something post surgery. I feel bad for the Manager at this apartment because it feels like they're being robbed by this company. I wish I could get some service, especially during the warmer months because that's when I've noticed cockroaches are the most active. I worry for my health, and the health of my beloved pet because of their lack of integrity and care.”
