“Worst customer experience ever. If I could give a negative star I would. Was charged for a service that had already been paid. When called to discussed, was hung up twice by a very rude employee who refused to provide name or transfer to a manger and then refused to answer the phone and let it go through to the answering service. While the company supposedly opens at 8 am, by 8:20am no one was in the office but the one rude employee who refused to do her job. Would not recommend this company to anyone and will report it to the BBB.”
