“I am currently on my second go-around with Family Pest Solutions. The first time was for carpenter ants and they did a great job spraying for them and eradicating them. They were honest about the level of service they thought I needed and I did not feel like they were trying to overcharge me. The technician even knocked down a wasp nest I wasn’t aware I had on my eaves (as someone with a real phobia of wasps this was so appreciated!) Now we are on our second service agreement, this time for mice. It’s been less than a week since the technician sealed everything off and set traps, so I can’t speak to the efficacy so far. After sealing and setting the traps, he also spent some time talking with me about potential wasp mitigation measures this summer (see above re: phobia) and potentially skunk-proofing the yard. Both my experiences with this company thus far have been very good. They are responsive to calls, knowledgeable, show up on time (or even early) and I feel that they take the time to talk to you, understand the problem, and explain their plan. Assuming that the mice are eliminated (and I have no reason to think they won’t be) I will continue to utilize Family Pest Solutions if I need them in the future. Which, let’s be honest, hope I don’t for obvious reasons, but they’re good folks and it’s nice knowing they’re there if I need them!”
