He refused to help with a one-time infestation unless I signed up for a monthly contract. Then, he quoted an exorbitant price as a clear tactic to force me into a subscription. “Owner Jack doesn’t return calls. At lleast not mine. Called at least twice on Tuesday and awaited call after friendly office person reached out to Mr. Johnson. Ask her, Jack. I'm sure she will remember. The way to respond is not to defame the review but admit that you dropped the ball this time and what can you do to try to earn the business next time.”
