“I contacted Benard about a year ago about a severe ant infestation. We did a full indoor and outdoor treatment, but the ants returned, which I expected. The follow-up appointment was included, but other pest issues arose in the meantime. So, rather than paying $160 or so per month, I decided to sign a yearly contract. They applied for the money I had already spent toward the end of the year. I had to call for some treatments throughout the year as problems arose, and they were always excellent.
