“I think the service was very good. The technician was very nice and helpful. But EnviroPest needs to work on its scheduling. I think instead of having a 2 hour window, it would help if the customer could directly talk to the technician to set a realistic time of arrival - instead of going through a central office. I had to wait over 2 hours in my driveway (we have a rental property) for the technician to show up. If I could have talked to him directly on the phone, we could have set a more realistic time of arrival.”
