“I signed a year long contract in October of 25, I was visited all of 6 times for over $800. After the year I texted asking when they would come get their bait boxes and it took two months to receive an email about an appointment the next morning. They were exhausting to work with, inconsistent as each employee had a different method and standards, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to consistently speak to a person and after 14 months I still haven’t been able to reach a higher up. I would recommend literally ANY other pest control company. I have no idea how they’re so highly rated. I would never work with them again. Alonzo was sent in after multiple scheduling issues at the end of summer and he boasted that he’s usually sent to help save face, today he picked up the bait stations. He had promised he’d do a, b and c at his last visit and of course no follow through. When I complained about his ignoring a direct text (I was told that he never ignores a text) and no showing two months after the end of contract it was turned around that there are more of us customers than workers. My bill didn’t reflect a discount for lack of service so I’d save those excuses. I was also told not to over treat but the fact that my dog caught a rat on my back porch says the treatment was well needed and underserved.”
