“Optimum took care of two problems for me. I recommend them for any bug problems you may have. I had a bed bug problem. I used a different company that charged me $270 for inspection. They were not able to find the source of the problem. Then, I reached out to the Optimum. They sent a technician within 5 days for a free-of-charge inspection. He was very knowledgeable and could find the source of the problem within 10 minutes. He also confirmed it was limited to one room. I needed help moving the furniture around, and the technician took care of it. The treatment provided by Optimum got rid of the bed bugs. I had a problem with spiderwebs everywhere and other outdoor bugs. I signed up for the outdoor treatment twice a year. The first one was done late fall, and so far, I don't see any bugs or spiderwebs.”

“We had what we thought was a honey bee nest in one of our walls that turned out to be yellow jackets (we were just seeing the smaller workers come in/out of the door frame). We were able to get a technician out the same day because they were starting to come into the house. After spraying, the tech said it might be a couple more days worth of activity, but after the initial exodus, we didn't see any more YJs from the next day on. Absolutely plan to get the semi-annual whole house treatment so we don't have another scare.”
