“We trusted Finley to perform home and pest inspections on the home we were interested in purchasing. I don't know if they were in cahoots with the realtor(s), or if they just do poor work standard, but after seeing their report and understanding we had approximately $6k in repairs ahead of us (based on their inspection), we moved forward with purchasing the home. We have now lived here 1 month and we've had to put in over $100,000 in repairs based off their poor inspection, with now another quote for $77k for a whole house rewire because Finley didn't say anything about the hazardous electric box in the attic and lack of grounding on the unpermitted electric work the sellers did before listing the house. I'm sure we'll continue to find more problems that were missed during the inspection and have to pay the price. Don't trust this company.”
