“Paul, the United owner, did a termite inspection at my home in May. He was punctual, extremely professional, thorough, by-the-book, and genial. He carefully explained his findings, which were minimal, and explained the repair process should I decide to use their repair service, although there was no pressure to do so. I had mainly called for the inspection for peace of mind that I had been properly taking care of the home and I felt that I could call him in the future if I had any questions. He emailed his report the next day and it was comprehensive and clear, and I had my short to-do list. I also found the office staff to be courteous and helpful. All in all, what could be a stressful event was instead a positive experience. I highly recommend United Termite and Home Services.”

“Company did a home inspection for me, which was fine. The issue was the home inspector told me the cost was $150.00, which I promptly called the office and paid by credit card. The next day, the company called back stating that the home inspector never said the cost was $150.00. Where would I come up with this rate? Look, mistakes happen, people are human. I've misquoted before when I worked in sales, but I've owned up to it. I've never called a customer and insinuated they lied to cover myself. It's unprofessional and a good way to lose a customer...just like this one.”
