“We used First Choice for years without any real service problems. Recently, when we had an issue with a critter in our walls, my wife called them to ask if they could help us deal with it. Evidently, we'd accidentally let our service lapse—in itself, not a big deal. We would happily have resumed it. But the woman that my wife spoke with on the phone was rude and dismissive to her, treating her as stupid for not already knowing about the service lapse and repeatedly telling her, "We don't do chipmunks." No attempt to help us get back on board with service, no effort to help us think through or solve the problem—just condescension and unhelpfulness. So, we're going with another company. It's a shame, because we were customers of First Choice for years—but we know there are other places where we can get the service we need without being treated poorly.”
