“I had a service done for a yellow jacket nest I had at my home. The initial service went great and the technician Jess was very helpful and informative. I was told if there was any activity at all call after 72 hours, not before. Since the treatment I’ve had a few yellow jackets still crawling around my home and my young daughter was stung by one. I called to ask them to come out and reevaluate the nest. I had a Tom return my call and he tried to come up with several excuses on why he couldn’t come assist. For example he said he wasn’t familiar with where the nest was. I told him I watched Jessica I could show him the nest. Then he said he wasn’t sure where the yellow jackets would be coming from at all.. I had 1 nest on my property I told him that as well and he became more irritable the more I pressed for help. He became emotional and condescending which seemed odd and I definitely felt uncomfortable expecting him to come to my home after that. So even if they guarantee their work verbally they will try to argue if you need it. If you’re a single person I wouldn’t suggest you contact this company I can’t imagine how uncomfortable and emotional Tom gets in person.”
