“If I could give 0 stars it would be. Company came in to do a bathroom remodel through my uncles health insurance to make it ADA compliant after my uncle hasn’t been able to use it for 7 years . $9800 they were funded to put in a roll in shower widen the door and remove a step up going to tub and uninstalling the tub . First issue I had as a drywall finisher they put white board up in the bathroom . It’s standard and well known industrial knowledge that purple board or green board goes in due to moisture, the dude tells me they always put white board up so there’s a moldy red flag for ya . Second issue they put osb as the sub floor for a patch . Osb is not meant to be a subfloor in any area that can get wet like kitchens and bathrooms . They proceeded that it’s okay cause they’re putting a waterproof shower in. Which doesn’t even cover the osb lol this is important because you use dry ply in a bathroom or kitchen . They didn’t replace the toilet wax ring which leaked everywhere and I had to replace it . They put a rubber strip in front of the roll in shower to prevent water from rolling out yet it rolls right out each end . Additionally they mudded the walls but didn’t primer their work and the water barrier lets water right onto the wall they mudded . They also couldn’t finish the trim to the shower which would have protected their finish on the walls when water rolled out onto them . The roll in shower also isn’t even a ADA shower base so it’s also too small for a wheelchair commode to even fit. So For $9800 I see less than $2500 worth of material and they couldn’t even do the job right for the man who needed it most . And 2 days they made over $3k a piece each each day . This infuriates me as a contractor because I do these exact jobs for the state of PA and I’m familiar with the costs of all the material used , and I just did a bathroom for $13k and when I say the bathroom was gutted and done properly with the right material and used about $9k just for material . Those people’s lives were changed for the greater good . They’ll never have to worry about the bathroom again: but not our case these bed bug burners really burned a whole in my uncles insurance pocket and really put a burden on me with how they “finished” this job. When I address them about the materials, they were ready to just leave the job completely and not finish it rather than do it right. To summarize my review, this company should truly stick to bedbugs they aren’t meant for construction. I would have reached out for them to fix the problems . But I did it myself so I know it’s not half assed . My uncle also fell the first time because of the size of the shower and still having to transfer because the wheelchair commode doesn’t fit . So thanks bed bug burners really appreciate the half ass work .”

“Beware! This company is offensive, unprofessional, and the only reason they have business is because they hold a contract through Medicaid. Check the reviews of the countless low income customers they have left unsatisfied. Two thumbs way down.”

“The company was paid ahead of doing a "whole" house cleaning & cockroach removal which infested my home from a former home health aide. They did do a good job on my garage, but my house is a completely different story. They left sticky traps, about 4, I think, that was all they did, they started between 10:00 am & 10:30 am. They were done for the day between,3 and 4:00 pm, I believe. They "promised" me that they would call with the next date for cleaning & cockroach treatment. After two days, I called them & the guy on their business phone said the person who does the scheduling would call me back with the next planned date. The guy called me back to inform me they were done " cleaning", which was not correct according to my case manager with Aetna. They tried convincing me that my basement was NOT included in the WHOLE HOUSE CLEANING BECAUSE BASEMENT'S NEEDED TO BE INCLUDED SEPARATELY ON A WHOLE Y CLEANING. I told him I believe it was included but he said it wasn't. Yet the man I talked to here said they would do it AFTER I got my personal things taken out. They did a partial clean on the kitchen & bathroom but not the whole clean I was promised and Medicaid had paid to have done. They stated they only do cold roach treatments, which included glue traps, ONLY four traps were set in the kitchen. NONE of the appliances were pulled out and cleaned, my living room was not touched. I was informed ahead of time that this is considered a "Big Job". Had I known this job would cost several thousand dollars for what I got, I think I would have done it myself. This company's VERY amateurish & misleading in their abilities. This is just MY personal opinion, so take it with a grai of salt. Now I understand how this works as far what separates professional service v.s. a hobbyist. There are other extenuating circumstances but not on myself or in-house help. IF this company plans on growing, they need to adopt a more professional attitude. Yes, I also have dogs and cats, which are fed, sheltered, and looked after by me out of my own pocket, no one helps but I don't mind, I love animals far more than people any way.”
