“During my recent home purchase, the sellers (Schuster family) gave me an invoice from Folino which said he gave a three year guarantee for termite infestation. On the first warm day in March, my house swarmed with termites on every level from vents, outlets, baseboards, etc. Folino's said it was normal. As we pulled away carpets, weirdly added roof insulation, painted tape and the like...termites were found chomping away at every piece of wood. The one thing I can say about Folino - he's the guy to hire if you want to commit fraud.”

“If I could give it zero stars I would, but the app starts at 1 star- which they don’t deserve. I hired them to remove a colony of bats that were living in the attic of a house I’d acquired. Along with the bats, I’d paid them to remove all the guano, and insulation from the attic, which was contaminated by the bats. Also, they were supposed to cover all the holes in the attic, and all the possible entry ways that the bats were using. Well, after doing a crappie job the first time around, where they left bats, bad insulation, and guano in the attic, it took two weeks of constant calling, texting, arguing with Mark Folino and his partner, and even me dropping by one of the partners’ house to demand that the job gets completed, just to have them come back to the house and do a very unprofessional and sloppy job. Not only did they leave bats in my attic, but also guano all around the edges of the attic, and a way for the bats to continue getting in and out of the attic. After seeing more bats myself, I called their so called project manager, Levi, to get them to come back and finish the job properly, and he very rudely said that they were not going back to my house, and that I need to figure out how the bats are getting in and out of my house. Afterward, I convinced one of my sub contractors to get up in the attic and check thoroughly, when suddenly we noticed that a ladder was missing from the property. One of Folino’s workers took the ladder the last time they were in the house, and when I called Levi to inquire about it, he started yelling and hung up the phone on me. Totally unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money on my end. After paying $2,250.00 to get the job done right, now I’m in a position that I have to hire another pest control company to do the job right. Hence, if you don’t want to get ripped off and go through the headache that I’ve just experienced with these people, I suggest that you stay away from these thieves and unprofessional people. Hire someone else!!!”
