“I was glad to see that Jacob was assigned to service our home today. He has always been very courteous, thorough, and professional. As it his practice, he called to verify we were available and to confirm the appointment time. Checked that our dogs would be safe and we would be home to take them into our fenced yard during the application. He is a dog person and they know it, struggling to get his attention through the door. Jacob didn't disappointment them and came into the yard at completion to greet and pet them. Really appreciate his good nature, competence, and professionalism! And in addition to spraying our home, he gave us several insect traps to place as needed during the next 90 days and reminded us that we could call for a free service if needed in between the quarterly service appointments. Your work for us is truly appreciated!”

“This company is criminal. #1) After I already paid their exorbitant fee to cancel their useless service, they kept hounding me for an outstanding balance because they had a discrepancy in their system on their end, and were hounding me to pay it to fix their glitch. They claimed that I needed to pay the balance in order for me to get that exact same balance refunded to me (no logic there). Awful customer service. Even after I paid this fee and received the identical refund (to finally get them to leave me alone) they got a debt collector to contact me claiming that there was still an outstanding balance!! After calling, they claimed it was another glitch in their system. I just want Fox Pest Control to leave me alone. They are awful. I don't live my life with regrets. But I regret the day I called this company and they entered my life. #2) On top of all that, the best part was that they did not even help me with our ant problem or provide us with the one fly trap we requested. I wish I could give 0 stars.”
