“Jacob returned after being here and spraying for bugs we started in October I did not hesitate to call him in December just now after seeing a few because Jacob as well as the customer service when I first got in touch said you don't have to wait until your monthly visit we will come whenever you need us. Jacob asked me where I've seen them and he told me what he was doing this visit. Has always arrived when he said he would. He is very aware of the unusual circumstance in our home. That being my husband is now in hospice due to cancer return. And I have an adult son who is on oxygen 24/7. He's very thoughtful and considerate knowing that our circumstances could change at any minute. I very much like that I have my own technician and do not have to get used to someone new each time.”
