“We’ve been using Pointe Pest for a little over a year and I am definitely not disappointed. We no longer have the issue we originally called them for and I just called 2 days ago regarding some springtails in my drain and Milton was out today to fix the problem. I love knowing that in between my quarterly treatments, I can always call them to come promptly and fix any other pest problems I’m having!”

“The tech was polite, but he didn't seem to spend much time at all applying product. I have to question how much product was applied. I was briefly in basement for some laundry, but I hardly heard the machine run. I have used pointe for 2 years and my yard is over an acre and normally takes more than just a few minutes to do and I can usually hear machine running for a while. I never saw or heard him in backyard. He spent much more time by his truck than in my yard. Also, there is normally a smell after application, and I didn't smell anything. Next time I will watch the tech closely to see where he applies product.”
