“I am extremely disappointed with Greenix Pest Control. This is the second time they have come out and completely failed to do the job. They promised to call or text before the visit—they didn’t. They claimed they rang the doorbell—they didn’t. Most shockingly, they falsely stated that they spoke with me, completed both indoor and outdoor service, which absolutely did not happen. For the outdoor treatment they claimed was done, none of the patio furniture or cushions were moved, which would have been necessary to properly treat the area. No photos, no proof, no evidence of any work completed. To make matters worse, we are now locked into a contract, but they are not providing the services they are billing for and claiming were done. This feels deceptive and unprofessional. I regret signing up with Greenix and would strongly caution others to avoid them based on this experience.”
