“Tech came out today and did absolutely nothing. I wasn’t able to answer the door when he knocked because I was on a conference call for work. I could see him but he didn’t sweep the eaves of my house. He didn’t spray the perimeter or check the bait boxes. No one called me to set up this appointment so I was unable to tell him what needed to be done. Any other time you guys have come out when I wasn’t here you have done all that. Why wasn’t it done this time? I have had nothing but problems with this company. I’m just throwing my money away.”

“Continuously say they perform services they don’t perform. Cancel appointments constantly with our rescheduling again for weeks (meaning I’m missing services that should be done within a certain amount of time). One particular appointment (I wasn’t home) I received a text saying they were completed with my services when my doorbell camera never once picked up any movement whatsoever in the front yard. I do not recommend ever using this company.”

Not only did she do our service call, but she also noticed that a memorial plaque we had in our landscaping was covered with snow and she uncovered it. It’s heartwarming that she did that.”
