“Service techs are generally good and provide good service. Trying to get hold of a manager to resolve issues if exceedingly frustrating. You basically are told to wait and someone will call you back and that if you don’t hear from anyone to feel free to call back later or the next day. Given the opportunity, I’d choose a company with better issue escalation processes and access to management that can make prompt decisions. Waiting all day long to see if a manager calls you back is just poor service process.”

When it came to the inside work I was super impressed that he put on shoe covers. My floors had not been cleaned at this time due to the recent storms and my big dog was still tracking in mud. He still put on the shoe covers each time entering my home from the outside. When he was finished he went over the what he had treated for and explained what to do if we see issues arise within a week or so. Definitely recommend. Very respectful young man! Great job Enrique!
