“BLUF: Fox will steal $720/year with the promise of quarterly visits, where customer is expected to conduct own investigations to catch what technician missed. Now charging me $250 cancellation fee when I called them out on poor business model and results. Fox personnel will solicit service by referencing a neighbor's name (likely FORMER customer) and offer low monthly payments. They approached my wife when I was at work. I will conduct my own research and order same or similar treatments from Amazon and apply myself. Fox Pest Control is great if you have $60 that you're trying to get rid of every month for a minimum of 2 years with zero results.”
