“When company representatives solicited their services at my residence, I was assured of the ability to cancel at any time. I consented to their services with the expectation of excellent performance, customer service, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, I experienced poor communication and customer service throughout the agreement. In an effort to provide the company with an opportunity to rectify the issues, it persisted. However, the problems became repetitive. When I attempted to cancel in 2024, I was informed that I was obligated to fulfill the remainder of the agreement. Despite my commitment to honoring the agreement, the service continued to deteriorate. I had a scheduled appointment on January 19, 2025, and after waiting for six hours, the technician failed to arrive or contact me. Upon calling the company, I was informed that the scheduled technician had chosen not to attend the appointment due to a preference technician (Julius) noted in my file. After speaking with Brooklyn, who attempted to rectify the issue, she communicated that they would be sending someone to collect a payment instead of service my home. I inquired as to why I was not notified about the payment collection. This is because they took it upon themselves to draft payment from my card with authorization. I had to put a lock on the card for my own reasons. I have been a customer since May 2023, and this is the first time I have encountered this excuse. I communicated to Brooklyn that they had sent a text message on January 18 2025 to confirm my appointment. When my appointment was scheduled, I had taken time off work (his wasn’t the first time I encountered this issue). I expressed my frustration at the continued disrespect for my time. I requested to speak with a manager, including their district manager and corporate contact information. Brooklyn provided me with her branch manager's first name ( Carlos) but stated that she was not authorized to provide the last name or contact number, citing company policy. I pointed out the inconsistency in their policy, as I have provided personal information, including credit card details. Brooklyn stated that she would escalate my concerns and that her manager would contact me. I expressed skepticism regarding the likelihood of this occurring. Brooklyn offered to reschedule my appointment. Following this experience, I feel that my time has been wasted, and I do not feel valued as a customer. As a result, I wish to terminate this agreement.”
