“I am incredibly disappointed with Frontline Pest Control. For the premium price they charge for a monthly subscription, you expect a pest-free home. Unfortunately, that is not what you get. While the general day-to-day service was otherwise satisfactory, it is simply too expensive to still be dealing with pest breakthroughs. At one point, we had an entire ant trail marching right through our house. If I am paying a top-tier monthly fee, I shouldn't have to deal with basic insect invasions. The value just doesn't match the cost. More importantly, attempting to cancel or suspend your account is next to impossible. When I called to cancel my subscription, I was subjected to a customer service runaround. I was placed on hold multiple times for over 20 minutes, only to be told that an account manager would have to call me back "sometime" just to process the cancellation. When a company makes it this extraordinarily difficult to leave, it tells you everything you need to know: they do not stand behind their service, and they rely on trapping customers rather than retaining them through quality and fairness. Beware of this trap. Do not sign up with them.”
