“I wish our community had the same experience as the rest of the reviews. Instead GBO has flushed bats into the interior of many of our residents homes causing serious health and safety issues and loss of income as tenants are forced to leave unsafe living conditions. We had bats in our siding, but never inside of our homes. The bats in our homes is now a direct result of the work done by GBO. We contacted GBO multiple times to get them to come back to our property and finish the work they started. Scott and his technicians said they couldn’t find entry points, but our residents were able to take several videos at dusk showing how the bats were leaving parts of our buildings. Funny how untrained residents could easily find the entry points, but this ‘professional’ company specializing in bat mitigation couldn’t. Scott gave us his personal number if we had any issues, but refuses to answer or call us back in a timely manner. I have had 17 bats in my home over the course of two months and have had to undergo a series of exceedingly painful and miserable rabies shots under the advice of Boulder Animal Control. There were never issues with bats in the interior of my home until GBO did work on our units. Several other residents have had similar issues. If you expect these guys to be men of their word, you will find yourself sorely disappointed.”
