“I really want to like Mountain Pest, but I caution using them. I reached out to them with a raccoon issue in my rental’s attic. Mountain Pest said, after making a custom trap that didn’t catch anything, that the raccoons were “gone”. However, three months later it turns out the raccoons had just moved to a different, harder to access part of the attic Mountain Pest didn’t bother to check. The whole raccoon family had lived there the entire time!! It was a terrible. I had to pay for them to come back, remove the raccoons, replace all of the insulation, the house reeked of urine for weeks, and Mountain Pest didn’t take responsibility. Cost me at least $3k to fix.”
